Maple City TAPS: Experience Exceptional BBQ and Comfort Food in Chardon

Cozy, family friendly atmosphere. Good variety of sauces, smoked meats are really good and not fatty. Ribs are good, portions are generous. Side salad is the size of a lunch salad you would get at most places. Prices are reasonable. My favorite are the burnt ends but they are only available the first weekend of the month as long as they last.

Decided to take the drive up and try this place. We had pulled pork pizza, ribs and a Tap Out Burger. Everything was excellent. The sauces were amazing. Waitress was terrific. Had a great time and enjoyed every last bite. Both photos are for the same sandwich.

I have to say they have done a Great Job here to make it a must stop when in Geauga County. We went on a Friday Night and got the 19.99 fish platter well worth the Price. There were Salads and Burgers,Steaks rolling out of the kitchen it all looked fabulous. The Place was packed but our wait was short. I definitely recommend stopping here for a bite. Alcoholic beverages are also served here.

This is a bar that goes well beyond bar food. Great restaurant quality food including BBQ and of coarse awesome salads. A great patio is also part of there offerings. Not open on Mondays and don't open until 2, i believe.

I was at Maple Taps this past Wednesday , 1/29, and Jan a really great dining experience. Our waitress, Brandy (sp) was great. She served 14 people in our group. She had a great attitude, was very attentive to our 2 tables and served us quickly with good hot food. We’ll be back soon.

This was the first time we visited. We were seated immediately and drinks ordered and delivered. We ordered the pulled pork dinner and quesadillas. Food was also delivered quickly. The pulled pork was very dry and some of it was chewy. Cole slaw and baked beans were good. It's a bar atmosphere with TVs. Patio looked nice, but it was too hot to sit out there.

This is quintessential small town, hometown, come as you are, hospitality! Amazing fish fry on Fridays. Great, consistent food with wonderful daily specials and very yummy desserts. Friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect for dining in, but they also have great take out, for nights you just want delicious food and want to stay home in your jammies! Overall just a darn cozy place. Our hidden gem in good ole' Chardon!

First time. Good friendly service. Good variety on the menu. Had BBQ pulled pork, tried a couple of sauces. Everything was good. Would definitely recommend and will go back when I'm in the area.
